Not perfect rectangular shape, a low amount of yeast, delicate bread color from a light sunny shade to a light-dark color, large and airy pores hidden under the crust roughness. It is not such a crust like a baguette has, it breaks a little quieter, but more melodically, with a gentle crunch.
